1. Veneer

We supply 500+ varieties of veneer ranging from everyday species like walnut, oak and ash, to rare exotic species such as pearl moon ebony, ziricote and spalted figured maple.

As well as natural veneer, we offer engineered veneer, dyed, rivved and smoked veneer.

2. Veneer Edging

Veneer edging is a great way to cover the exposed edge of veneered plywood and other boards. It gives a solid wood finish which can be used in a variety of applications, from shelving and worktops to cabinets.

We stock:

• Fleece backed & sanded 0.50mm edging
• Kraft backed edging
• Pre-glued 0.6mm edging - sanded smooth and preglued with EVA for easy application
• Pre-finished edging - Fleece backed, sanded smooth and prefinished with a superior surface using the latest UV coating technology
• Thick edging - high quality veneers are laminated together using the latest PUR and PVA technology to make a total thickness of 1mm to 3mm (1/25″ to 1/8″)

3. Flexible veneer sheets

Flexies are veneer sheets backed with paper and tenderised to make them highly flexible. This makes them incredibly easy to use in a variety of applications.

Due to their ease of use, Flexies are frequently used for curved surfaces, flat surfaces, paneling, furniture making, renovation, yacht building, interior and shop fitting.

4. Layons

Layons are the end result of the process of veneer jointing, where veneer leaves are spliced together to form a single 'layon' sheet. As the name suggests, this sheet can then be layed onto a board.

In all specified veneers, we stock Fineline and Rotary Okoume. Whether you seek face, backing or cross-banding material, we are able to supply it in any thickness from 0.2mm to 3mm, and in 8 x 4ft, 4 x 8ft or any other bespoke size you may require.

5. Veneered boards

We are able to supply made-to-order veneered 4 x 8ft (W x L) boards in MDF, plywood or any sub straight that you may require.

We stock ready-made boards in 1mm MDF to 25mm in both natural and lacquered veneer.

6. Primed Paper

Primed Paper is a unique product that we developed specifically for the interior furniture and timber industry.

Application is simple and it is 100% compatible with all woodworking systems. Our environmentally harvested, resin-free cellulose is chemically converted into a strong & easy-to-use material which is smooth and consistent.

Primed Paper is ideal for offices, bathroom units, panels, cut-to size components, solid-color doors, shelving, wardrobe furniture, printing and hand painted designs. It can be used in local authority, public areas, hospitality & residential projects.

7. End Sawn Veneer

The End Sawn Collection is the slice of veneer from the end of the tree. End sawn veneers are produced by slicing veneer grade logs at a 90° angle along the log stump, displaying the rich circular annular growth rings of the tree. Typical sizes are 40x40cm, 50x50cm, 60x60cm and 70x70cm.

We produce half-moon pairs to achieve clean book-matachable pairs with no need for backing and suitable to be cut into smaller sizes. As well as paper-backed full circles as the core from White Oak 1mm.

Also available are unbacked 0.3mm for lighting systems.

8. Marquetry Inlays

With our most intricate and precise laser inlay processing machines, we are able to produce extremely complex and consistent inlays which we supply the musical instrument industry, sporting industry and high-end joinery.

Whether you require standard 1m black inlays with widths of 1mm to 20mm or multi-band designs, we can fulfil your requirements

9. Multi-dimensional 3D Effects

We have developed a range designed for the packing and design industries. Whether jewellery, high-end bespoke projects or design boxes, this range of intricate natural real-wood marquetry is a stunning product.

The picture shows an example of our award-winning cube-range, and this product continues to be developed and expanded for mass-project production.
